Enyo 7 Women Pro Submission Only Jiu jitsu Invitational is back at Centralhall Southampton with some of the countries top female grapplers alongside a plethora of up and coming talent.

As always there will be a free open mat hosted by Parity Martial Arts (formerly Phoenix MMA Southampton), 11am-1pm on the day of the show, and everyone is welcome.
